Greetings to you and your house in the name of the Alpha and the Omega, the Creator and Principal Sovereign of the Universe and his Messiah King of kings, El Elyon Ha Shem Elohim Y’hwh Hayah, the Supreme Ruler of Heaven and Earth. May peace be with you.

The administration of your law under the police power with respect to me is improper, and is an unlawful extension of power with respect to diplomatic immunity as against an ambassador of a foreign jurisdiction, i.e. the Kingdom of Hayah[God]. As such service of uniform summons and complaint with respect to me in the instant matter is improper and as such refused for cause and returned for want of personal jurisdiction.

I freely admit that in a time past I was subject to a contract of performance with the State of Colorado, Department of Revenue, division of motor vehicles, under a different name (nature, person). However, this correspondence, presented to you under protest, is notice that I object to the presumptive reasoning made by an administrative agency of the State of Colorado, that I am still that person. For I have been baptized as a disciple of the Messiah, the de jure King of Heaven and Earth. Hence, the old man was crucified with him that transgression against the King would be destroyed, that henceforth I should not serve sin, for he that is dead is freed from sin. The Bible, Romans ch. vi; Colossians iii.

Statement

I, David Justice, am a sentient being and an Ambassador of Mashiach Y’shua and the Kingdom of Hayah (aka Mt. Zion, Kingdom of Heaven/Israel), a bond servant under the laws of Hayah (Leviticus 18:3,4) as amended by the Messiah Ya'shua through his new and everlasting covenant, am compelled in the sight of Hayah and men to let my yes be yes and my no be no, and so solemnly and sincerely declare that this statement is made with sound mind relative to my understanding of truth as I perceive it to be, and is made freely and of my own volition. I declare that I have personal knowledge of the facts and matters contained hereafter and know these facts are, to the best of my knowledge, true, correct and complete.

1. David Justice, ("hereafter I") give notice that I am not competent with respect to many of the legal definitions and meanings of words, terms, and phrases of contained within commercially codified statutes and regulations. Therefore when I use a word, I intend the meaning thereof to be construed in its common vernacular as I understand it and not confused by doublespeak or codified legal construction.

Pursuant to the truth as I perceive it to be, allegation of statutory liability by service of process for complaint of breach alleged by the presentment of a uniform summons and complaint as against me is an abuse of process and therefore colorable and is therefore refused for cause as the colorable use of police power with respect to me is improper for lack of jurisdiction over me and as grounds therefor states as follows:

I give notice of foreign law, comity and conflict; the Natural Common Law of Nature and of Nature's God and the written law of Hayah, acknowledged and referenced by the founders and representatives of American government in the original unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, state constitutions, legislative resolutions, res judicata, and many other writings.

4. I give notice that my citizenship and residence is in, and allegiance and fidelity is to, the one universal Kingdom of Hayah, the jurisdiction originally revealed through the patriarch Abraham, the lawgiver Moses, the Prophets, and the disciples of Messiah Yashua through inspired revelation denoted in the scripture of the Tanakh and the Holy Bible.

5. I am neither a "federal citizen" nor a ward of the State by virtue of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. 

6. I am not resident with respect to the forum of federal jurisdiction and any of the statutory federal States i.e. the District of Columbia, "CO", and/or any other Federal State of America exercising legislative/administrative authority thereunder. (See the "Buck Act" at 4 U.S.C.S. §§ 105-113) I hereby object to any presumption, assumption, assertion or implication that may be construed as to otherwise.

7. I am a principal member of the Body of Christ and by virtue thereof am a member of the Sovereign Body Politic of Hayah a kingdom in but not of this world. The Bible, John 17.16. I am not subject to the principalities and powers of this world government, but am in the world as a diplomatic Emissary and Ambassador representing and proclaiming Authority and Dominion of the Sovereign Kingdom of Hayah. The Bible, Matthew 28.18,19; John 17.18 Colossians 1.13. The authority of Hayah and his anointed Messiah and King in the venue and jurisdiction of earth is supreme as is clearly promulgated throughout the gospel. See Psalms 2, 10.16, 22.28, 24, 47, 93, 99; Isaiah 9.6,7; Isaiah 33.22; Jeremiah 10.10; Matthew 28.18; Hebrews 2.8; 2 Corinthians 5.15-20; Ephesians 1.21; 2.11-22; Philippians 3.17; Colossians 1.13.

8. I rebut any assumption or presumption of liability and deny validity to any assertion as to otherwise, alleged to have been incurred under colorable statutes colorably attached through constructive feudal relationships and/or fraudulent trust agreements with federal agencies exercising a commercial capacity, i.e. constructive contracts imposed by agreements/applications for birth certificate, social security account, driver license privilege, motor vehicle registrations etc, on grounds that any presumption of performance is founded in mistake, material misrepresentation, and fraud.

9. I have renounced the civil bonds of political affiliation and servitude that held me bound to servitude in times past; agreements based on constructive fraud, treason and misprision of treason of American representatives, now acting out their treason through bureaucratic agencies. 

10. I admit that I was induced to sign applications which resulted in specific performance licensing contracts with neither knowledge nor reasonable opportunity to obtain knowledge of the character and essential terms of said agreements. 

11. I give notice that I have repudiated and no longer accept all such civil privileges and benefits, having transferred my allegiance to the one true authority and Kingdom of Hayah. Now sealed by Hayah, I have entered into the Kingdom of Heaven by baptism into death, having been raised again by virtue of a blood covenant with the Author and Giver of life, Romans 6; Colossians 2.12; 3.3. Henceforth I can neither accept nor receive, and in fact have wholly rejected, any and all earthly status, marks, or titles, (Revelation 13:16, 14:9,10), and object to compelled imposition of obligation.

12. This Notice is given to establish the fact of the error in the complaining agents perception and understanding. Said agent did in fact exceed his jurisdiction and authority under color of law. 

13. I am a free man and am not a person subject to or liable under the jurisdiction of a Bankrupt entity, i.e. the State of Colorado and the United States Government. 

14. I am not a feudal bond servant, nor have I res, status, or standing within the government's bankruptcy jurisdiction. 

15. I am not chattel property nor a creature of government whereby the de facto government, acting through its administrative agencies, has any claim to security interest in my property, nor is my soul and body held in trust by the government, nor am I an artificial person created by constitutional amendment or legislative statute, nor do I claim the benefit and protection of nor live under grant of privilege of statute. 

16. I am a bona fide spirit, dwelling in tangible flesh and blood, consisting of body and a free spirit and soul, and am in fact, at liberty in Christ. Although temporarily in this world, your affiant is not of this world any more than your affiant's King and kingdom is of this world. 17. Due to my awakening and ever increasing fidelity to the truth, I am unable to continue acknowledging fraud, treason and colorable authority as legitimate. I therefore can not in good faith validate nor lend credibility to the agents of this de facto government's colorable actions. 

18. I can not and will not voluntarily appear to answer colorable allegations of liability against me brought by an agent administering colorable law who holds no legitimate property right, beneficial interest, or security interest, in my being. I do not nor will I ever give my voluntary consent to participation in the de facto government that is being unjustly enriched by fraud and unlawful conversion over the people of American today. 

19. It is my understanding that this government may attempt to compel me by force, under threat, duress, and coercion, to surrender my liberty, property right and beneficial interest in perfect title to myself. However, I refuse to acquiesce and give consent to fraud, sedition, conspiracy, and treason against the People of Colorado and the other sovereign American states by sanctioning said fraud through my silent acquiescence and submission.
