Revestment of Authority

"* * * But when a long train
of abuses and usurpations
Pursuing invariably the same object
Evinces a design to reduce them
Under absolute despotism
It is their right, it is their duty
To throw off such government
And to provide new guards
For their future security”
The Unanimous Declaration
of the thirteen united States of America
aka the Declaration of Independence (1776)

These words,
more than any other words
written in human history,
that are woven by blood
into the fabric
of American jurisprudence,
both
express
and
distinguish
America
as unique
relative to
every other nation on earth.

These words
are the expression of
Sovereignty
vested in and derived
from the people.
These words
delineate the time
when the collective tolerance level,
prone to the disposition to suffer
under the crimes of government,
ends,
and action becomes compulsive.

These words distinguish
duty imposed,
from suffering endured.

By declaring
resistance a duty,
these words distinguish
the moment a government
loses power granted,
at which time it reverts
back to the people.

What is the origin of such power
that it can both be granted
and taken away,
if not in the sense that
the power is in the people
who are the children
of the Creator,
who is sovereign
over all?

As children of the Creator
ours is
the kingdom of Heaven
on Earth.

Another opportunity
is at hand
for significant transformation
to take place.

Am I ready?
