Invariably,
in the end,
political prowess
and statesmanship
is not determined
by honor, valor, integrity,
trustworthiness, loyalty,
meekness, generosity,
honesty, or fairness.
Typically, rather,
the scoundrel least demonized
in a political campaign
is the victor.
The better the smear of the opponent,
the more likely the victory.
The vote talley therefore
leans toward
the lesser of two evils.
How is it liars,
Who manage to win the most votes
In a political campaign,
warrant the title
"Honorable"?
If insanity is
“doing the same thing
over and over again
and expecting different results,”
are Americans not insane
for expecting different results
when electing politicians using
the same manipulative process
over and over again?
